By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using RedReap ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
RedReap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription period. Each license permits activation on up to two (2) devices.
You may not:
The Software accesses publicly available data through public endpoints. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright law, privacy law, and the terms of service of websites accessed by the Software.
RedReap does not host, store, redistribute, or publicly display any content downloaded by users. The Software is a tool that facilitates downloading of publicly available media. RedReap has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content that users choose to download.
Access to the Software requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed annually. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.
Refunds are available within three (3) days of purchase for technical issues only (the Software fails to launch or is incompatible with your system). Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or after the 3-day window. Upon refund, your license key will be immediately deactivated. RedReap may terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. Files you have already downloaded to your device remain yours and are not affected by license termination.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RedReap does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Recovery of deleted content depends on the availability of third-party archival sources and is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedReap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. RedReap's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
If you believe that content downloaded through the Software infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@redreap.com. Note that RedReap does not host or distribute any user-downloaded content. We can only assist with issues related to the Software itself.
RedReap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
