Refund Policy

3-Day Refund Window
RedReap offers a 3-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refunds are processed through our payment provider.
Eligible for Refund
Refunds are available only for the following reasons:
- The Software fails to launch on your system
- The Software is incompatible with your operating system
- You were charged incorrectly or in error
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available for:
- Dissatisfaction with scraping results or recovery rates
- Deciding you no longer need the tool after use
- Finding a free alternative after purchase
- Requests made after the 3-day window
- Failure to read the product description or system requirements before purchasing
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@redreap.com within 3 days of purchase with:
- Your license key or the email address used to purchase
- A description of the technical issue you're experiencing
- Your operating system and version
What Happens After a Refund
Upon refund approval:
- Your license key will be immediately deactivated
- The Software will cease to function on your next launch
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Files you have already downloaded to your device are not affected
Digital Product Acknowledgment
By purchasing RedReap, you acknowledge that this is a digital software product and that access to features begins immediately upon license activation. You consent to immediate delivery of the digital product.
